If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of ROX and/or accessory for any reason you are entitled to a full refund. This return right is applicable for purchases from the A-Champs' online store (www.a-champs.com) and does not apply to purchases through other channels.
Shipping and taxes paid are not refundable. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all the following conditions:
- request a return authorization within 30 days of your delivery date through the form https://www.a-champs.com/a/returns;
- return the device and/or accessory, including all parts included in the original packaging, in good physical condition, after receiving an authorization email;
- include the return authorization number with your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days from return inspection notification.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced within 10 business days from return authorization.
For refund requests you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For exchanges all shipping costs will be free of charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
